Kings County visitors should take Highway 198 east toward Visalia, while patients in Fresno and Kern Counties should take Highway 99 toward Visalia and turn east onto Highway 198.
East bound visitors on Highway 198 should take the Demaree Road exit then merge onto east bound Noble Avenue, traveling 4/10 of a mile east to turn left onto County Center Drive which crosses over Highway 198 and immediately changes to Main Street. Travel 3/10 of a mile and then turn left of Main Street into the office complex of tan buildings.
West bound visitors should leave Highway 198 on the Mooney Boulevard exit. You will then travel 1/10 of a mile on Mineral King Avenue before reaching Mooney Boulevard. Turn right onto Mooney Boulevard and travel 1/10 of a mile to Main Street. Turn left on Main Street and proceed 1/2 mile west to Sierra Eye Group, which will be a right hand turn into the office complex of tan buildings.
The office is open from 8 am through 5 pm Monday through Friday, with 7am appointments available on select days.
Office visits are scheduled by appointment only. We ask that patients provide 24 hours notice if it is necessary to cancel an appointment.
